Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how subscription billing and refund requests are handled for FlowInvoice (“we”, “us").

FlowInvoice is a subscription-based service billed through Stripe in Australian dollars (AUD).

Subscription Billing

Pro plans are billed monthly ($9.90/month) or yearly ($99/year). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You can cancel, update your payment method, or manage your subscription at any time via the “Manage billing” option in Settings, which opens Stripe's billing portal.

Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.

Refund Requests

As a digital subscription service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

That said, we review every refund request individually and on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a charge was made in error, you were charged after cancelling, or you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at mood22snap@gmail.com with the email address on your account and a brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond to refund requests within a reasonable timeframe. If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, we ask that you contact us first before raising a chargeback with your bank, so we can try to resolve it directly.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you within the App or by email.
